An update to tell you I am still alive


Puh! Puh! Puh! 
Tiup habuk and sawang. hahaha. 


Nampak sangat dah lama tak melawat kawasan. Busy? Maybe. Lazy? Definitely. Everytime I log into this virtual personal record of mine, my mind stops working right there. Hmm, when you have so many things to tell, you normally ended up no telling anything at all. Agree?


One interesting thing to share, the task that I have been working on since a year ago has finally successfully completed. Alhamdulillah. The programming now looking and working good. Satu masalah telah selesai. Tapi tak boleh nak suka sangat because I know I'm gonna be very busy with more upcoming loads after this.


It took me a year to come out with ONLY this.

Update about my carbo diet, I had lost one kilogram after one week of not consuming carbo. Tapi kadang-kadang main tipu jugak. Ada dua hari yang I makan nasik. Lauk moden semua I boleh pejam mata, tapi kalau sambal sardin dengan kangkung goreng belacan, makan pulak dengan nasik panas, memang tak boleh tahan beb. Tewas!


The next day pulak, ada jemputan makan lauk kurma daging, sambal belacan, ulam timun, ikan pekasam, dengan sayur campur goreng pedal. Hambik kau!! Cukup kemelayuan tak camtu? And you expect me to stand on my carbo diet, still? Memang tak aahhh!! So, there goes my konon diet-tak-makan-nasik citt poodah!!haha.


Tapi lepas tu kelam kabut lah pergi gym burn total calorie dalam 200, and total distance about 15 kilometres (threadmill, elliptic trainer, and bicycle). Alhamdulillah tak mengecewakan. 1kg now gone! Phewww!! Minggu ni I dah boleh start makan nasik balik cuma quarter dari yang biasa. Mari kita lihat apa keputusan penimbangan hari Jumaat ni ye. Nervous nervous! hihi..:p
