I went to my second intensive Zumba fitness training today. How was it? Hmm, it was a total fun and sweaty class I tell you! I never knew that dancing will make you sweat like mad huh? The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rythms that tone and sculpt our body.
Basically, Zumba program includes the combination of Latin and International dance styles. Some of my favorites are salsa, merengue, mambo, cha-cha, reggae, samba, belly-dancing, hip hop and tango. Perghh, banyak betol favourite. Mana la tak tercabut pinggang.hahaha. But yes, the combination of those is completely awesome! I suka gila! Dah addicted dah ni.
Sebelum ni, I join Zumba bila ada apa-apa event dekat uni je. And I started to fall in love with it since then. Lepas tu, bila URAC offer intensif class, apa lagi, terus la I register nama. Hmm, right after my second class, I think Zumba is a "feel-happy" workout that is great for both the body and the mind..=))
Here is one example of what we had in the class. The routines are almost similar to this one. Fast beats and catchy tempos.

Comfirm lepas habis je, I kena minum air bergelen-gelen sebab nak ganti balik peluh yang dah keluar. Lepas tu, balik rumah, terus pengsan!!
Okay, sekarang berangan nak ade satu bilik besar dengan cermin keliling dekat rumah nanti. I'm so into dancing right now.. It's totally like my new addiction at the moment..=))
